| | Position Title: | Sales Team Leader (PASI Agency) | | Description of Duties: | •Hiring, training, motivating and coaching sales team members •Supervises sales personnel in area agencies •Analyzes sales activity and reports progress to VP Agency Operations •Conducts meetings to keep staff current on company and other markets changes •Become the go-to person for the sales staff •Travels to each sales territory to provide one-on-one training to sales representatives •Manage relationships with Agency Companies •Helps to develop new agency markets •Enforces and complies with Company Guidelines •Trains Sales Representatives on PASI Agency and other company software & websites •Provides leadership and direction to sales team members by facilitating goal setting and setting strategies in support of regional sales goals •Supports company policies, vision and strategies | | Applicant Requirements: | •Excellent sales experience in all lines of insurance with knowledge in all insurance product lines.
•Insurance Licenses in Personal, Commercial and Life/Health (Knowledge of Securities and/or Securities license a plus)
•Supervisory skills to motivate, instruct and coach team members
•Ability and skills to lead and train team members and to be a team builder for the agency staff
•Is creative, innovative, self starting, with empathy towards others. Must be a team player, honest, dependable and trustworthy.
•Excellent computer skills
•Visual ability to read small print in communications, policies and on the computer screen
•Ability to speak distinctly on the phone
•Good public speaking ability
•Valid Driver's license. Physically able to sit for extended periods when driving and traveling.
| | Position Available In: | Life & Agency Team - PASI Branch Office | | Education and Experience: | •Four year college degree in business/marketing and or related field.
•Insurance designations preferred.
•5-7 years insurance sales and management experience.
