Gerald W. Deom, R.Ph.
 | Gerald W. Deom graduated from Purdue School of Pharmacy and has received his Pharmacy Preceptor license from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. He has been self employed since 1964. Deom is a member of several professional societies and associations: Kentucky Pharmacists Association, Lincoln Trail Pharmacists Association, NCPA, Radcliff Chamber of Commerce and Etown Chamber of Commerce. Gerald is the owner of Optioncare in Vine Grove and Radcliff, Kentucky. Deom was elected to the Board of Directors in 1997 and currently serves on the Advisory Board.
