Jonathan C. Grether, MSIM, CPCU, CIC, CRM, ARe, AAM
| Jonathan Grether is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. He has also earned his CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), MSIM (Masters in Insurance Management), CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CRM (Certified Risk Manager), ARe (Associate in Reinsurance), and AAM (Associate in Automation Management) designations. Prior to joining Pharmacists Mutual, Grether spent 13 years in various management positions with Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company in Grinnell, Iowa. He also held the position of Executive Vice President with Guilderland Re in Albany, New York, and has most recently spent 7 years as a financial advisor. Grether joined Pharmacists Mutual in 2002 as the Executive Vice President – Operations. In 2004, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Grether was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003. Grether also serves on the Board of Directors for NAMIC, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. |
