| | Position Title: | Field Representative - Louisiana | | Description of Duties: | Direct multi-line insurance sales /service to Pharmacists and other targeted markets in the territory. | | Applicant Requirements: | *Valid driver's license as position demands extensive travel by car with extended periods of driving and overnight stays. *Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
*Insurance licenses in personal, commercial , and life/health (or obtain within short time of hire.)
Must possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written),
- Excellent selling skills
- Ability to work well with all types of individuals
- Excellent computer skills
- Visual ability to read small print in communications, policies and on the computer screen
- Ability to speak distinctly on the phone
*Position requires strong organizational skills, persuasive drive, empathy, resilience, persistence, disciplined work habits, attention to details, and the ability to service and retain existing customer accounts.
