Our Pharmacy Services Professional Liability endorsement provides broad coverage for the professional exposures of a pharmacy. In response to changing needs of businesses, the coverage has been expanded and broadened to include equipment breakdown, employee dishonesty, spoilage and accounts receivable coverages. The policy can include optional coverages, such as money and securities, employee benefits liability, outdoor signs and much more.
Workers Compensation – this policy was developed to meet your state’s statutory regulations regarding insurance protection for your employees. Savings in the form of discounts and/or dividends are realized due to low expenses, loss control and selectivity of the professional groups we serve.
Commercial Automobile – coverage is available for your business automobile(s). We understand your auto needs whether you own a fleet of vehicles, provide delivery service to your customers, or have your employees use their personal vehicles for your business purposes.
Commercial Umbrella Liability - the Commercial Umbrella Policy provides additional liability protection of $1,000,000 or more over your business liability, including general liability, professional liability and business auto liability and more.
Commercial Inland Marine – this policy offers a variety of property coverage forms. Included in this type of policy is the Scheduled Property Floater that has a specified value listed for each item insured, and the Computer Coverage that provides hardware and software coverage, along with other options including computer income coverage, telecommunications equipment, foreign transit and much more.
SPECIALTY PROGRAMS AVAILABLE
Home Health Care and Home Medical Equipment Programs – these programs are designed to protect the unique needs and exposures of home health care businesses and home medical equipment suppliers. Coverage is provided under a business policy and includes professional liability coverage.
PhMIC Insurance Solutions – this coverage is for specialty businesses such as gift, card, collectibles, home décor/accessories and stationery stores. Insurance Solutions includes extensions of coverages and limits, such as seasonal increase for property, back up of sewers and drains, and earnings from dependent locations.
Relief / Consultant Pharmacist Program – this package is designed for the independent contractor relief pharmacist and/or the consultant pharmacist. The policy provides property coverage, general liability, products liability, pharmacy services professional liability and more.
