	Don R. McGuire Jr., R.Ph., J.D.  Don is General Counsel for Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Co. Originally from Indiana, Don graduated cum laude from Butler University College of Pharmacy. His pharmacy practice encompasses both hospital, having served as director of pharmacy for Hendricks County Hospital, and community practice.
While in law school at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Don was a member of the Indiana Law Review and graduated magna cum laude in 1993. He practiced law in Indianapolis prior to joining Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company in 1998. Don's articles on pharmacy law and liability can be found in various state pharmacy association journals and in the Pharmacists Mutual Risk Management In Pharmacy Newsletter.
	Kathleen Davoren,R.Ph., J.D., CPCU Kathleen is a pharmacist and an attorney. Kathy graduated from Drake University College of Pharmacy and also from Drake's College of Law. Kathy worked in a chain pharmacy, for a law firm, and another insurance company prior to joining Pharmacists Mutual. She has also earned the CPCU designation. Kathy writes and lectures on pharmacy law and risk management topics.

In addition to Don and Kathleen, the Pharmacists Mutual professional liability department is staffed with several claims specialists.

Nancy Gates, CPCU, AIC, assists the pharmacist-attorneys as a litigation specialist.

Julie Collison, CPhT, is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and works closely with the pharmacist - lawyers and with pharmacists and technicians who have claims or liability questions.

Laurel Walker, CPhT, AIC, is also a Certified Pharmacy Technician who works with the pharmacist-lawyers and handles professional liability claims.

Allison Larson has several duties, and will often be the first contact for pharmacists calling with a question or a potential claim.
