The Pharmacists Mutual Claims Study

The first study results were published in 1990 in the Journal of the American Society for Pharmacy Law. An updated study was published in 1994 in the Journal of the American Pharmaceutical Association (JAPhA). The study has been updated regularly since that date and the results shared with pharmacy students and various pharmacy groups across the United States. Because of the interest in the topic of risk management and prescription drug errors, the study is presented here for use by pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy educators.
