Your Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Agent

I have held Professional Liability insurance with Pharmacists Mutual for over 20 years. I learned in pharmacy school that you should always be covered for peace of mind. A few years ago, Christy Mader contacted me and left a message. I returned the phone call, and after discussion, I realized it would be wise to add sterile compounding to my Professional Liability policy. Christy asked me during a call if I knew about all the services offered by Pharmacists Mutual. From my extensive conversations with Christy, I now hold an Umbrella policy, Auto policies, Boater’s policy, Renters policy, Homeowners policy, Flood policy from an affiliate, and my Professional Liability policy. What is missing from this letter is all the personal time Christy spent talking to me, sending emails, and communicating with numerous individuals on my behalf. I am in the process of building a custom home on the Alabama River. To secure a construction loan in a flood zone is a massive undertaking. Christy has helped me navigate from switching policies from my previous home of 15 years to moving temporarily to an apartment and now to building a home. I told her with all the things going on, I am glad to have a friend in the insurance business. Today if you asked me, it’s like I have a family member in the insurance business. If I were to pick someone to be the voice of my company, I would pick Christy. I almost forgot I’m writing a review: Christy Mader has done an exceptional job of earning my trust and taking care of my personal insurance needs. I believe that the exemplary service she has provided is equivalent to having a family member in the business. I am free to think about: “Tomorrow. Imagine that.”
